We recommend arriving by 3:45 PM to allow time for seating and to ensure you don't miss a moment of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Mountain Formal. Mountain formal strikes the perfect balance between elegance and outdoor practicality. Think elevated yet comfortable attire suited for a scenic, natural setting. For women, this means dresses or dressy ensembles that feel polished yet effortless. For men, a suit or dress pants with a blazer works well, with ties optional. Given the mountain setting, consider footwear and layers that allow you to enjoy the celebration comfortably. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel great and ready to celebrate with us!

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable evening for all. This allows us to create an intimate atmosphere where our guests can fully celebrate with us. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a special night out!

No, you don’t have to stay on-site! There are other accommodation options in Buena Vista, but we highly encourage guests to stay at the hotel to fully enjoy the evening with us.
